Hi

I have someone coming to measure up, hopefully to make a wet weather set for my 2B, he has been recommended and after seeing his work making canopies for some rather expensive yachts then it should be OK , BUT...

Does anyone have any pictures of how the cover fits, by this I mean, is it press studded along the windscreen top and rear frame ? someone suggested caravan awning rail as an option along the windscreen?

Can anyone give me some ideas on what is not only the driest solution but the neatest, any pictures ? thank you

Best option is caravan awning rail. I have press studs, they break if you try to undo them a bit too roughly, they do not form an airtight seal, so it sometimes whistles, and it also lets rain trickle down the inside of the screen, which I cant reach wearing seatbelts.

Press studs are OK for the rear, as they are unobtrusive when the roof is off, but I had to fit one turnbuckle

at the lowest point at the side (where your elbow goes) as the press stud kept getting blown undone.
