Nuts Or What

It has been said many times on this forum that the only stupid question is the one you do not ask so carry on asking.

These cars are called kit cars for a reason and are never in a stable state that you could call finished.

What you have there is a kit to rebuild as you want, with the advantage that you can drive it when you are not building it.

Some things you do will make it better, some will make it worse but everything you do will make it yours.

I spent 5 years building mine and the stuff I did at the start I would have done differently by the end.

Now I have sold my kit I am watching it be re-built my a more skilled builder who I'm sure has found most of my "shortcuts".

I don't live near to you now but I grew up in Daventry and spent a couple of years in Boddington and Priors Marston up to 1991 I

would have loved to have got my zero out on the country roads around there where I first drove in my dads MK2 escort.

Good luck with your car hope to see it and you at the show.

Thanks Ozz.......

Bin a difficult month.....not related to Gladys...I'm afraid I took it out on her, her builder and 2 previous owners.

You wouldn't want to drive the roads around here now....more potholes and patching than tarmac........even the wonderful a361 as bad on the Banburyside...

Still, it's onward and upward on the Gladys front....I'm a bit of a perfectionist....My own worst enemy really =@
