Wrong Button

Some-how - some-where I've pressed the wrong button & P.M's are not flagged/not reaching my box ( which is half empty) Possible fixes have been given by friends & relations, which I have tried to implement; so far not good.

 

Please, at the moment send all questions, comments & solutions ( how to - be a million-aire, -- global warming etc ) to my e-mail address as shown in Boys In Hoods Magazine -- which is sylvia.fry2@btinternet.com

 

AGM is fast approaching, so if you wish me to ask questions on your behalf they need to be in soon.

 

In the mean-time I will try to correct the minor glitch, failing which ( probable ) I shall call out the IT big guns -- my daughters.

Please remember that if you wish to raise a point for discussion at the AGM they should be submitted to the club secretary (me) prior to the AGM and that details of how to do so are in this thread http://www.rhocar.org/index.php?showtopic=46244

All sorted now, Rob our web-guru twisted me round 3 times & sent me off in the right direction; once again.

 

Stuart, the magazines of Winter & Spring 2018 on page 6 state " Please P.M any of the committee with questions you would like raised if more convenient"

 

Some members may have valid questions but not wish to go completely public & this option allows their thoughts to be collated & passed on to the complete committee. Have there been any questions sent in yet for the committee to discuss?

I would expect that members may submit questions to any committee member but that new points of discussion would follow the long standing process of submission to the club secretary.

 

As it stands I have received no points for discussion or constitution changes. I did receive an email regarding changes required by GDPR but that does not require discussion at the AGM and will require implementation by the next committee. It was something I was already aware of and have drafted required changes but they will need to be passed on to my replacement as it may well need further changes in order to keep it in line with whatever membership changes are made.
