Zero Front Top Suspension Mounting

I've had to remove my front suspension to refurb my wishbones. On doing so I found that my top mountings had spacers either side of the unit, these where made up from thin steel tubing with a wall thickness of approximately 2mm. These items where quite crudely cut from a piece of tube and quite deformed now.. These are certainly not upto the job.

So the question is what have fellow Zero owners got as spacers in the top mountain?

Caster angle can't be adjusted with the suspension top mount (on a zero) all you will do is cause bad alignment in the suspension shock and wear the oil seals.

Stainless tube or alloy would make a good replacement.
