Keith the carbs came with megajolt as a setup so hopefully will be bit better when that fitted then will tune them to that well thats the plan

Need to get hold of a balancer although to be fair they dont look that far apart looking at the diaphram lift

Got to change float needle oring as leaking slightly on long idle into bowl and breather on number 1

Found one photo of pedal box end of mine. I turned up a ball ended piece of hex to fit the pedal but you could make something similar without a lathe. Pedal stops allow you to adjust the total movement of the cable. Hope it helps, Rob

Mine are fireblade carbs so can't help with yours but mine have a barrel nipple soldered on the end of the cable, the cable then hooks on to the operating mechanism. My choke (enrichment) cable is operated by the original Ford bonnet release that's on the steering column.

Universal bike brake cable, the barrel nipple end fits into the quadrant on the carbs. You can balance the carbs quite accurately by listening to the 'suck' on each carb at tick over via a length of hose pipe. Start with the one that is operated by the quadrant, R1 carbs on a pinto it feeds cylinder 3 then get the others to match it.
