Hants & Dorset Area aka Southern Hoods.

At present we are using a different watering hole each month as suggested by area members,so if the meet doesn't suit please post something that will; we can try any options. The next month's venue is posted separately in Events Section.

This year we have been to pubs in Andover -- Winterslow -- West Meon -- Copythorne x 4

And it's Romsey's turn for November.

The south yorkshire-ish meets are the first wednesday of the month.

Monk's Bridge Farm

Nobel Way,
Dinnington,
S25 3QB
Coming eastbound from the M1 J31, take a left at the roundabout by the red lion and proceed for nearly 2 miles, and Monk's bridge is the 4th exit off the next roundabout.

Lincolnshire Area Meets

Rather then go for the 'Third Wednesday of the month' model I watch the weather and arrange ad-hoc meetings normally for a Sunday lunchtime so families can come as well. I try and hold meetings in the North, South & Centre of the County to avoid the same person having to travel long distances. I announce these meetings on the forum but feel free to PM me with any questions (or suggestions)

Why doesn't the monthly meeting move around the area giving all members a chance to attend a meeting fairly close to them

Utuber -- it's more difficult than herding cats!! Every month I ask for suggestions of where-when-what for a monthly meet & the response is usually from just the same one or two members.

Put up a suggestion yourself (on open post or P.M to your sec ) & see if there are any takers -- everyone needs to put in something in order to continue to get something out the pot.

as said peak to the area sec, we have changed our venu a few time this year, TBH still the same people that come though. beside good excuse to have a drive out, our old venue was to close for me and down a dual carriageway, the current location is the complete other side of Leicester for me but prefer it as I get run out!
