Just got home from Curborough.

Thank you Daz for all your organizing. Great day. I had a lovely drive home until I reached the Shrewsbury bye pass.

That Big G has certainly got it in for me.

It came down that thick and fast that I could not see as far as my nose-cone.

I tried to pull over to the left and turn on my hazards. I bought the car to a stop when I could feel rough hardcore beneath me.

I sat there for five minutes and got drenched.

When at last the deluge relented I drove on through light rain until my drivers side screen wiper fell off.

I drove on to Dinkies Dinner with a view to transferring the left hand wiper to the right hand side.

This is where big G smiled on me again.

The wiper was hanging from the wing mirror.

A bit of silver paper as packing and Home I went.

Great day, lovely like minded people, all willing to help each other. (I'm sure one of em has been following me around for the last 68 years)

Did anyone bring home my ice box?

When we going again?

Pete.

P.S. I was trying to add a photograph but this was the best I could do.
