Thought I would share this with you.

I had an issue with a part that I bought from Car Builder Solutions some while ago.

I phoned them and explained the problem and that it was well out of guarantee.

Without a second thought they offered to replace the part, that was on Monday and on Wednesday morning a brand new replacement was delivered.

Now that's what I call service.

I agree, bought 2 red seat belts from them. When they arrived they were different shades of red (different production dates). I rang them and straight away they arranged collection and delivery of a matched pair. I also had a problem with their black edge trim which has a bead of adhesive in it. The manufacturers must have had a problem as the adhesive was missing at parts of the length. I rang them and again they replaced it with no hassle. Their postal service is excellent!

 

Asked if they did a discount for being a Rhocar member and they gave me 10% on the seat belts!

 

Highly recommended.

Same story for me. Ordered a rear view mirror, delivery firm failed so CBS gave me one at Donnington. Good lads.

They are great I needed a new radiator cap on the Wednesday before a big trip on the Saturday there it was on the Friday. Top service.

 

I Didn't know about a discount being available though.

I cannot but agree, they are great. I don't use their postal service as I'm local enough to pop in and see them. Always a jolly welcome and always seemingly got whatever I want on the shelf. If only everyone was as good as them it would be a whole lot easier.
