Very busy this month, so the only Sunday free for us is the 10th -- this coming Sunday!!!

 

Suggest we meet at "The Silver Plough" Pitton. Good pub meals in pleasant country-side. Can do a little run if required before/after lunch.

 

OR you may wish for another date or venue -- please shout -- happy to promote any suggestions.

Hi Steve & Val, weather looks O.K for Sunday do you want to suggest a meeting point/event? The only thing we have found is a gala day at Burseldon Brickworks which would be a 35/40 mile run for you. we could meet up some where on route or would just a pub lunch fit in better with your time available.

 

We're easy, can make it where-ever the group? wish.

By the time Val's finished her dog-walking duties, it'll be 11.15-11.30am. Burlesdon Brickworks is reachable within an hour - unless it's dry and there's traffic (not uncommon in July).
So we can meet at the original pub. Or Val did suggest Whitchurch and - not the silk-mill - but maybe the gin distillery.

Can give the distillery a go if you wish, tickets are £15pp & the tour/trip lasts for around an hour & a half, do you know of somewhere local for lunch?
