FR32 only needs single springs but you can fit it to the doubles

The Kent CF36 followers are about the best you can get, it's the geometry on a Pinto that is difficult

You'll need a Vernier cam pully to dial in the cam

Best of luck with the build, ill be interested in how it feels to you before and after the cam change.

I'm running a standard Pinto while I rebuild a couple of 2.1's and I so much want more power, I may even fit the FR32 on the standard engine whilst the build goes on

Hi Snapperpaul,

 

Forgot to list vernier cam pully but yes I have that, FR32 camshaft and new cam bearings ordered from Burton Power so should have the engine built this time next week.

 

The car had a standard 1.6 pinto engine which did feel nippy but I only drove it up and down a short private road as the car hasnt been IVA tested yet so the new 2.0 should be a big improvement
