Hello,

in advance sorry for my bad English.

I am from Germany and have bought an old Robin Hood, which I want to restore.

It is a Robin Hood from 1982 based on the Ford Cotina. The front axle is from the Ford Cortina. Now I would like to replace the elongated fenders with Cycle Wings.

Has anyone ever done such a conversion on a Cortina axle or is there a conversion kit for it?

Would be great if someone had a tip or photos.

Thanks in advanced.

Sascha

Hi Sascha,

Rally Design produce cycle wing stays for the Cortina hub.

They deal with customers all over Europe, so no problem shipping them to Germany.

It should be possible to fit any cycle wing to them.

Great British Sposrtscars have a spares site with cycle wings...

Hello
I also already saw the holders for the Cycle Wings for a Cortina axle at Kitspares and Ralleydesign. But the respective attachment points do not fit the axis of my Robin.
But I will email both providers to ask if they have something suitable for me?

If someone has photos of these parts in the installed state would be helpfull.

Now another question. Are there any complete building plans for the Robin Hood on Cortina basis. Unfortunately I only received a few drawings when I bought them.

greeting
Sascha
