Fibreglass Scuttle For 2B

I'm after a fibreglass scuttle for my 2B, could any one recommend one and any problems fitting would be nice to know about.

As far as I know they never made one for the 2B (or any other RHE models). They don't make one for the Zero either. The only option is to look at the other Seven style cars and see if any fit. However, you then have the issue of the bonnet fitting and so it goes on. I suspect the widthe of the 2B chassis will mean that an offthe shelf schuttle would have to be cut up and made bigger etc. it could be a lot of work

The whole concept of the 2B and any other hood for that matter was to get away from fibreglass as much as possible so as David says you will have a lot of work to do to fit one from another manufacturer.

Thanks, Guess I will just have to go with the stainless one. Liked the idea of fibreglass cos its easier to sort out if I cock it up in any way.

I suggest a stainless jobbie is going to be the easiest route. The configuration of the 2b chassis doesn't lend itself to a standard scuttle like a Westie one.
