Hi

We have been with BT business broadband for two years at 29.99 per month for 560mps.

Just had a letter saying it is going up to 4000mps in April !!!!!!!!!! for the same price.......

Also have Wanadoo at home £17.99 for 2000mps.

apparantly eclipse broadband arent doing this <_< or are they?

they now offer 2mb/s at £14.99 but with a download limit of 1 GB which would last less than the first day

whats the cheapest place for unlimited broadband now then? :D

Wanadoo seemed like the best deal when broadband finally reached us 4 or 5 months ago.

It's £17.99 a month for 1.1Mbps, which I think has become pretty standard now but back then most people were still offering 512 for the same price.

Also it's free connection and modem/filters, which would otherwise have added £100 quid or something like that to the initial cost.

And though they claim monthly dowload limits, if you read the small print they're not actually monitoring it yet.

make sure you read the small print before you sign any 12 month contracts with your broadband ISP.

i know WANADOO only have a 2GIG a month download limit,

NTL's is 3 GIG,

TISCALI now have new deals but vary from 1-3 GIG.

my TISCALI account is the old one which they have just upgraded to 512 free of charge but with no limit on downloads ;)

hope this helps, duncan :D
