Hi all

Just wondering what coil overs everyone is running on there s7's? No idea what's on mine at moment as ungraded springs are a dark green if that helps at all?

Was looking to upgrade them to something new but unsure what will fit and work in the s7 any recommendations?

Mine had some unmarked red springs and some unmarked dampers but I always felt from the first time I drove it that the set up was too hard. I think the original springs supplied with the kit were 180 lb and the general consensus was that was too high so I went with some recommended replacements which were 120lb and some new adjustable shocks which were supplied by dampertech. They have supplied quite a few to people in the club so know what is needed. Came to a couple of hundred pounds though. Still got the phone number if you need it.

I did 2 different things to make the S3 suspension work.

Whilst I fabled with the front anti roll bar by thinning it to half diameter the real change was felt when I ditched the anti roll bar for tie bars.

The original shocks were truly shocking so I changed them for Gaz all round using the original rear 180lbs and replacing the front springs for 130lbs
