Make your own Femi,

 

A 30mm strip of sheet steel, bent over the tank and fixed with bolts at both ends, easy,

Femi, don't use St/St for an alloy tank mate...

 

Electrolysis is a bad thing buddy.

Just make them from alloy plate as Dave suggested above.

 

Heres a Picture of mine mate. 1.6mm plate and lined with some rubber.

If the rubber insulates the fixing strap no conduction/no electrolysis unless the electrolyte (salted water) can bridge the gap.
