hi thanks for the link there chap. any body got advice on wheels size. compaterbilty ect. i have 13" rims im gessing this is not good ? as the strut used to hit the rim plastic hose stuffed into spring has stoped that for now springs are to soft taking car to waybridge to get the right springs? but im thinking also to get more ground clearance . so 15" rims with say 65/70 profile tyres to gain more hight.? put a 185/65/14 tyre up to my wheels and very little differrance in dia. so wont help lift the sump / chassis of the road humps. so any help on wheel size type offset ect . have escort front . seara rear. 4 stud. disc / drum rear. carnt see any way to lift car other than cut bottom arms put in plate reatach cut off arm to plate lower down to lift car? fit longer slider rod . springs ect. any help on the subject will be good. cheers steve .

My Sierra donor had 14" wheels, & they just touched on the sliding pillar bolt,

hence my suggestion to use 15" wheels.

Sierra offset can be 38, up to (I think) 45, but they all have 108 PCD,

so thats what you need to look for.

Probably a Ford wheel, but I think some peugeots also fit.

IIRC some Sierras had 15" wheels?

This may help...
