Hello,

i am wondering if any body out there in hoody land has done any climbs in their hood. I am researching the costs to join clubs , cost for events and if any body understands about MSA regs on the helmets.

Many Thanks chris

i don't know modern rules but did this a long time ago,

hill climbs are normally tight and to close to trees and things for my liking. sprints more track time and a lot safer but i have to say, if you are not prepared to damage something don't do it.

do go as i did last month along to local meetings and talk to people for a better idea, and made my mind up to do a airfield track day instead.

Only hill-climb I ever did was great fun till I broke something expensive! If you can't afford to walk away laughing hysterically at a £1000 bill don't do it!!!
