Zero Engine Mounts, Can I Use The Ones Off The B?

swapping the 2L from the 2b into the zero but the zero engine mounts are badly made! can i use the ones from the 2b or am i best to buy new ones.

 

has anyone got any pics of the GBS ones or can recomend anywhere else to get a pair? Not got the facilities to make myself.

I have a brand new top half of the gbs one. I was going to use a pinto before but changed my mind. You can have it. Would have to look for it first though. If you cover postage you can have it.

i think the bottom mount is fabricated literally to extort more cash............

Yes keith I have both. If i were you I would get some 6-8mm bottom plate cut and buy the rubber bushes from ebay. Local Mech firm should do it for a few quid

arrrhh dont know what to do now. Have almost everything for the change over, Bike carbs, pretty manifold , shortened sump etc but need to sort out engine mounts.

if there is an offer to make them for me then great (Dont mind providing some beer money) unfortunatly i dont have the time or facilities to make them (And they would be crap!). Just let me know what you need.

 

the alternative is to take femi up on the offer and get the other bits for £45 from gbs.
