Another Steering Wheel Snapped

i got an RMD D-Shape 320mm ....

 

gbs sent me this one ... in nov-dec last gear ....

 

the brand or the model are bad ????

 

i got a MOMO one for "daily" .. and i wanted the "D-shape" ... for trackdays ..... now i'm a little bit scarred ..

 

and ... i'm a little bit far from gbs ...

All these safety critical failures should be reported to Trading Standards; they have teeth which can bite; on here it's only teeth sucking sympathy. Useful to report on here but little can be done to address the fault or cure it.

I also have a "LOT" of flex in this steering wheel and have always been a little concerned by it. I am not certain that it has snapped I assume you have to cut the swede away to be sure or is it more obvious??

 

Any help would be appreciated.

when mine went it was under the suede so not obvious but when pushed and pulled it would move by the spoke on the right side even doubt take it back

is that flex when you move the wheel left or right, or flex back and forth?
