Bolt Length

Does anyone know the length of the rear Sierra subframe mounting bolt that goes through the floor under the seat, mine are just about worn away by encounters with sleeping policemen. I could take them out to measure but I don't think I would be able to get the nut back on.

As Dave says it probably depends on the builder and how they put it together. Another thing to bear in mind is that if they followed the RH video instructions there is possibly some additional bolts up through the subframe by the mounting. RH suggested you cut a bit of a hole to be able to get a bolt up through on the same bit that the rubber mount is. Might be hard to see as it will be hidden within that part but you might be able to see a cut hole. It's what i've done on mine.

Additionally some people removed/burnt out the rubbers and welded a solid plate and a spacer as there is technically no need for a rubber mounting as the rear of the diff is solid mounted to the chassis. That would get you a bit of additional space underneith but would be a bit of work to retrofit. I wish i had done it when i was building.
