What sump have the Zetec got on it ??? I had a ERA sump and had the same problem also was coming out of the top rocker breather when driven hard .Fitted a raceline sump . All is fine no oil leaks

Thanks stewart the Bulgaria ones looks ok like to find some in UK if possible. stainless ones is what I need and they are 15mm also need the tool .Thanks Simon I have had a look on the link you said and can’t find 15mm stainless ones .like to get in the uk but if no luck over the weekend then Bulgaria it is . Home early thought right wife in work till late get in the zero drive to petrol station to fill up as empty and see no petrol all sold out :'( go in and ask when they have more in told late afternoon tomorrow next garage 10 miles away no way iam going to get there on the fuel I have left in tank .so back home have to take can to work in morning and try and get some ..as no way going to get to station on the fumes ..why dont everyone stop panic buying ..and chill out

HI all , I have got my zetec running on jenvey throttle bodies & Emerald ECU I have carried out various experiments to find the problem but have not wished to touch the mapping although I do have the software for examining the maps plus a real time display of what is happening . the map in there that i am using is the GBS power map that i had from leoni from emerald . 1 Have set TPS in ECU 2 Fuel pressure 3bar 3 GBS power map installed 4 Road test with Innovate Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Meter used getting reading of 49 AFR on tickover getting reading of 18.0 AFR on normal driving when engine loaded up to around 5000 rpm its droping of to 13-14 AFR 5 Have looked for leaks in the fuel line all ok 6 Fuel return from the regulator is free, and not blocked Is this normal reading that i will get with the AFR meter with the zetec as to me it looks like its to lean .
