Just some cheap classic 20/50 from Wilkos which will do a couple of miles and will dump it for a better brand. I dont think the oil had much to do with it really I suspect the frustration and heavy right foot with the thought of it will break or make it lol.

Run it with the rocker cover off for a few seconds and double check you have oil coming out if the spray bar, they are notorious for blocking up

Also, what cam is in there? If you’re using a higher lift cam I’m afraid they do rattle a bit, stronger valve springs does help but it won’t go away co,mpletely.
