Mot Emissions Pass!

The new bike carbs (Keihin CVK40's i thinks) have passed the emissions test, with CO at ~2.5%ish (3.5% limit) and hc at ~900ish (1200limit)

They have 1.75mm mainjets, everything else std. I had the idle set at just over 1000rpm (hot), and closed the idle mix to get it as lean as possible as I knew it would be border line.. very pleased with the pass! the engine was popping about slightly..

They are now 3/4 turn out and the engine sounds alot smoother.

It failed on the upper steering column bracket (P-clip hanger) sliding/ moving around too much on the chassis tube..shouldn't be too hard to secure that with a short M8 bolt through the bracket into the tube.
