I'm just trying to fill in my application form but it's a bit confusing - it asks how many adults in a party, with a box to fill in the total at £2.50 per person but then there is another box labelled 'cost per vehicle' and then a 'grand total' box.

Is there a cost for the car as well as individuals? Nothing on the form about that...

Cost of car = £2.00 plus cost of occupants = 2 x £2.50 = £5.00 Total of example = £7.00

That's the amount we sent

If you think that is confusing just wait until you receive the map. It does make for a interesting drive I've never been the same way twice and whichever road you take there are cars on the run going in both directions. It's great fun

I will not be organising lunch this year.

I will give the Bell a ring and ask if we can book tables individually and then be put together like last year if you mention RHOCaR when booking.

Will keep you posted on this thread.

If everything pulls together I will be on the run but might be in the tin top with Mo driving.
