Some of my flexible brake lines slightly touch the chassis where they come from the engine bay at a right angle down the transmission tunnel, it it IVA proof to use fuel hose or split conduit placed over the line where it goes round the corner to protect it from chaffing? Along with stuck on foam tape stuck on the right angle of the chassis?

You can buy 90' fittings from cbs.

Look through their catalogue in the brake parts section.

Covering the pipe with hose is a no no for IVA.

Fuel or brake pipes must have no chaffing points.

A 90' bulk head or tank fitting is the actual thing you need

Another way would be a 90' fitting with a straight bulk head fitting, Then screw one into the other.

Either of these would give a satisfactory bend to keep your radius short enough.
