It's a bit late, but even for those of us who haven't SORNd our cars the weather hasn't really motivated us to go for a drive.  But this weekend is looking good so I think I will try this one:

10:00-13:00 Sunday (25th) at Stibbington on the A1 (just south of the A47 Peterborough turn off)  if anyone else fancies it.   Just need to add a few more layers of clothing than normal :)

If it's good they have a couple more meets in March as well we can look at.

I'm up for that one Al.  Will give me a good run out to test my rebuilt cooling system.

Back from the meet.   Very small, only about 30 cars there, but enough petrol heads who knew about Robin Hood to keep us happy.  And right next door to the diner so coffee and breakfasts on tap.

Major problem is that the cars all have to park on a field by the side of the diner which doesn't have a dropped kerb.  So the organisers provided some wooden ramps:

Nice offer but no use at all to our cars.  Andy tried it first and it was obvious we couldn't make it.  So the organiser allowed us to park in the ordinary car park just across the road from the field and by the entrance to the diner.   Fine for us, but would be a problem if there were more than about 3 cars.

Good to take the cars out, both of us wrapped up very well.   I enjoyed it.

Yes a small meet but a great drive cross country in the sunshine there and back.
