Hi all, taking a trip down to Haynes for their monthly Petrol Heads Meet. That's if the snow doesn't arrive/has gone.

Hope to see a few members from Apple County & Kitnet --- the cafe serve a good all day breakfast --- will some of you be able to make the run?

Could meet some-where along the A303 --- shout if interested.

Hi Bob,

Ive been planning a weekend down that way for a while combining the

Fleet air arm museum & Haynes over 2 days.

So I may well meet up with you at Haynes on the Sunday morning.

Obviously weather dependent, & with air con, heated leather seats, & a Bose

sound system......so, not the Hood, but the MX5.

With Florin's low ground clearance we wouldn't have steering & I doubt she would like being a snow plough. A303 was closed this afternoon due to drifting snow, 18" deep drifts in the garden so no sledging either.

This meet has been moved to this Sunday 11th March --- will be nice & warm (for the time of year ) & most of the snow has gone .

See you all there for a mid morning breakfast, & to meet Apple County & Kitnet Guys & Gals.

We strolled down to Haynes in weak sunshine & damp roads --- met up with 5 or was that 6 Apple County cars/drivers/passengers -- 1 from Kitnet & Florin flying the flag for Rhocar. had a good full english for under £8.

After a load of natter & banter we took a leisurely cruise home via the hills around Sherbourne & Shaftesbury; 106 miles added to Florins journeys.
