Ive got a t7 heater matrix to go in the kit.

See if i can make it a little more inhabitable.

Whats the best way to fit it.the top of the top of the matrix will be higher than the rad cap .. the inlet pipes can either be top or bottom ..am i best to fit to top and fit a bleed valve ..any ideas before i start

Mount the flow/return pipes to be the highest point then with bleed valves (domestic rad type) fitted it's easy to fill the system & remove air while the engine is hot & on tick-over.

Florin has had a Sierra matrix since "new" & no problems with this set-up.

Yep i've also used domestic 15mm bleed valves in my setup although it was at another high point in the system as i managed to get the sierra matrix low enough. Makes it simple to bleed any air and no problems in 8 years. I used these http://www.toolstation.com/shop/p45763?searchstr=15mm%20air%20on a t-piece and a couple of bits of pipe. I don't think i even bothered to flare the ends or anything and the rubber hoses stay on fine, but you could solder some olives on i guess to be safe.
