Guest Ian & Carole

Just got back from Barkston after a good day.

Weather was not to bad to us until mid afternoon B)

Thankyou John W for the five quick laps :D :D really great.

Nice to see the Cobra back on the road and running properly.

Don't think I would dare take it on the track though.

Too nice.

Thanks to Tim as always for your efforts and soup and tea and hotdogs etc

just got back :) even though I wasn't competing I managed to blag a few rides, thanks to Pete and Rich in the megablades, Steve in the Sylva and Barry in the fury, thanks also to Richard Hall who let me have a quick drive up the runway in his locost :)

some pretty good times considering the weather, I was impressed by Ken's time in an almost standard hood but I won't reveal any times until "the list" gets published

Thanks to John & Tim for organising another great event.

Just got back home but feeling very sore (ribs & neck) after managing to spin and slide sideways into a rather solid bunch of tyres. Oh dear - not my car either - I was trying out the new Onyx prototype and forgot it's rear wheel drive !! Luckily just minor cosmetic damage to the car.

Points are in the attached list

Summary

"Least style points to Firefox"

"Least stylish" Hood Kenny Brough

Note the Locosts' Style points and with just a 1300 engine.

Having a broken leg is not an excuse for having more style anymore...............he had less................. if you all catch my drift

Good day out

Cheers boys see you agin in JULY

Kenny Brough showing how he got the best time for a Hood.

Smooth driving

Good sticky tyres

Geordie nerves of steel :D

Notice how the front offside suspension is loaded up with no tyre slide.

Please note!

Kenny is still running his rebuilt engine in. Nice to see your taking it gentle Ken.
