Hi Ron,

I have a pair of the RHE supplied Racarros. I cut the subframes down but then decided to do something different. If you're interested, let me know and I'll come up with a nominal price. They'd cost too much to post but if you're coming to the Harrogate Show, we could arrange something for then.

Hi Ron (or anyone else who might be interested),

I too have a pair of RH recaros you are welcome to for next to nowt. Complete with sub-frames, only mod is small plates welded to the runners for fixing to the car.

I’m in Lancs,

Brian

They won't fit into a mark 3/3a unless you're prepared to be somewhat forceful! you would have to squash the sides in of the passenger seat about 1½ inches, and the drivers by ½inch just to get them in, and then forget about having them on runners! I've been there!

Hope this isn't out of place but those with the Recaro's should get them on Ebay... I got 150 notes for mine on there...

They fitted my 3a on a trial fit with room to spare, i will add there the slimmer versions designed for a 32" waist or less rather than the stock size. Anyhows i'm using them no so there no longer for sale..
