I'm getting a Dover Calais this year that should get me on the road in France by about 2am on friday morning.

Instead of slogging all the way down to lemans and getting there really early i though i might do a quick tour around paris whilst the streets are still deserted, not quite "C’était un rendez-vous" wilkipedia article but a good drive around the big sites, take some pics and then back out again before the rush hour starts.

has anyone done this before? can anyone receommend good places to visit ? my plan so far was Eiffel tower, sacre cour and if i have time down the river to notre dam before heading out again. also if anyone knows of good places to get pics of the above that would probably be good too.

What about the Arc de triumphe & the Louvre pyramid. Paris is not big, if the roads are quite you can get round it quite easy.

Moulin rouge is another thing lots of peops go to see & take pics of.

If you don't make it I can email you my pics instead ;)

Sacre Cour is nice but having worked in Paris, I wouldn't want to stay there too long.

Overrated place in my opinion

You have to do the Champs Elysse and L'Arc De Triumh, there is a Renault F1 shop sort of thing neat L'Arc but I guess that'llbe closed when you're there!!

You should see the Pomedue centre as well (I've spelt that wrong for sure.)
