PASSED THE RE-TEST ON MY 2B YESTERDAY (FAILED FIRST TIME ON A FEW BITS AND PIECES ) .DVLA AT BEVERLEY HAD PREVIOUSLY ORGANISED FOR THE POLICE TO COME AND ISSUE ME WITH A CHASSIS NUMBER AND AFTER THE SVA TOOK THE MAC STRAIGHT ROUND TO THEM AND GOT REGISTERED AND TAXED.

I WAS SUPRISED THAT I DONT SEEM TO NEED AN MOT. IS THE CAR NOW EXEMPT FROM MOT FOR 3 YEARS ??. :D

 

GOING TO GET THE SCREEN RE- FITTED AND GET OUT NOW WHILE THE WEATHER IS HOLDING (JUST).

See what i mean about ALL DVLA offices doing it differently :blink:

Some allow you to drive there, some make you trailor it there, and then you get the nice policeman in Yorkshire to come to you!!!.

Will the DVLA-DVLC ever get all the different offices to work to the same guidelines??????. :ph34r:
