we put a magnet pen into the crank and got everthing out of it including all the really fine metal filings. had a good look inside and could not see anything else and just kept using the magnet pen untill there was nothing coming out. thinking about taking both boxes down to a gearbox repair centre in swansea as they have said they can strip both down and use the best of both to fit into one. is this a good idea?
