strange it was said that seat belt enforcement had gone by the by.

cos i got a £30 fine just last week.yea my fault no belt in the van.

and the officer took great pains to tell me that gordon brown was getting the money not the under paid enforcers of these laws.

i think the pay review that the police federation and the government aggreed to should be upheld.

and they should pay the difference to the public sector workers like police ect.

an agreement is just that!
