Hi Stuart

dont know if anybody has fitted a saxo rad, but there are some examples of different set ups HERE

you can also use the search function at the top right of the page.

one that might fit is from a volvo 440 1.8 or 2.0i non air con model, should fit at a slight angle at the front of the chassis, outlets are in the right places, made for the size of engine, boss for fan switch, needs a header tank as no cap on the rad or use one of the in line filler necks in the top hose

I think the Seat Rad is cheaper & has the boss for the thermostat.... not sure if the polo on does.

The Coolman rad is pretty much the size limit for space on the 2b..... You have to angle it. Sure someone could measure one for you, mine's in a diff country!

I tried the Polo rad but the top & bottom hose feeds either clashed with the steering rack or the top crossmember (2B with wishbones) so discarded it.

Now fitted with rad from 1.6 Renault 5 diesel which has thermoswitch boss.

I do have an unused coolman leftover from the build if anyone is interested?
