John

I am sad to say that this will be the first Barkston i will have to miss in a good few years, so please let my place go to some lucky person, to top it off both John Procter and Colin Younger have also informed me that their good ladies have booked Holidays abroad, so they can't go either,

Plus side is though, this will will leave 2nd & 3rd fastest places open to someone else. :D :D

Beleive me that i am gutted to miss such a good event, especially the night before around the camp fire.

Ho John,

I'll take one then please..... or go on the end of the wait list

I dont have to preserve the car for LeMans like I did the last event :D

So I can try & reoeat the 53/54 I did with Sir Chris as a passenger last time.

He must have been a real inspiration as I couldnt get near running solol!

Bob

Your on the list :D

Chaps,

Just phoned Woodland Waters to book pitches for the Bristol Massive to be told that the Harley Davidson owners have commandered the whole site for the weekend. I am currently searching for an alternative so if anyone has a suggestion or recomendation it would be most welcome.

Chaps,

Have found alternative campsite at the Rutland Arms (Dirty Duck Caravan Site), Woolsthorpe, Postcode NG32 1NY. This is approx 14 miles from Barkstone with views of Belvoir Castle. Cost is £14 per pitch per night. See here for further info:
