For anyone not seen the circuit before.....

Anyone care to point out the entrance on here? I think it's off of Heath Lane at the bottom but can't be sure....

As I recollect. the entrance is by the buildings at the top of the lane (where the B6403 sign is), I think you ignore the first sign to Barkston Heath (assuming you are heading towards ancaster) and turn left into a small gatehouse, if you need fuel carry on past the gatehouse turn off and go left at the traffic lights, the petrol station is a couple of hundred yards on the left.

Just follow the people with big grins on their faces.

Looks like it will be hot! Think I'll try running without bonnet and screen this time. Under bonnet temps got so high last time, my nose cone distorted in the area over the radiator :(

Local trafic info' from the RAF boys. Be aware and look for other routes as required

The A1 will be closed between the A47 junction at Wansford and the A43 at Stamford from 6pm on Saturday 30 Aug 08 to midday on Sunday 31 Aug 08, while a new bridge deck for the junction improvement at Carpenter's Lodge is lifted into place. Diversions will be via the A43 and A47.

The 650-tonne bridge deck will be moved by a special vehicle and lifted into position on to the already constructed and prepared bridge supports

Les

Can we make a spec list of the different cars.

It would be interesting to compare different engine / tyres combinations

No. 29 & 129 is a standard 2l pinto lump with bike carbs (never set up or rolling roaded) on very cheap hard wearing road tires
