Does the SVA require the dash clocks to be illumniated?

 

Had a glance through the 2004 draft but couldn't find it - probably a wood & trees scenario :wacko:

Must admit i dont really know , but seeing as lights are required for failing light conditions and night driving i would say that at the very least a speedo would need to be lit for obvious reasons , not getting nicked maybe .
