Gentlemen prepare to start your engines...........

The green mist will soon be upon us

There is just over a month till we go.

So check list

Let insurance know we will be visiting. France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.

And brake down insurance as well.

Sort out travel documents

Holiday insurance ( may have free cover with bank account )

UK European Health Insurance Card

Ferry tickets

Money ( the pound has started to rise a bit against the euro but still poor)

The hotel will need the balance paying when we leave they will want Cash

We have to add meals on to this at 13 euros per night per person. And any other bills you charge to your room.

You will have to settle your own room bill with the hotel

34,00 Euros daily -50% deposit paid+ 13 for meals =30 Euros per person per night to pay ie Total 90 Euros per person in twin rooms

Steve single room 45,00 Euros daily -50% deposit paid + 13 for meals =35.5 Euros per person per night to pay ie Total 106.5 Euros per person single room

So still need Beer money and cash for food lunch time and for meals in France,+ Belgium Beer money+ French Beer money.

The euro helps a lot Here why aren’t we in it?

Guten Tag!

Stephen

;)

you lucky guys

also don't forget your video cameras, it's great fun to watch back

but, when we visited you weren't meant to be filming your laps,(apparently they think it incites people to attempt silly things)

so concealed bullet cams were the order of the day  or as one did, cam on tripod between seats with a jacket thrown over and then removed once on road( i nearly said track there, silly me)

also if you intend to drive round enthusiastically please make sure tyres, brakes etc are all in top condition you'd be suprised how much punishnent the car will take in just one run :o (a couple of new production cars in our group failed, one a complete loss of braking :shok: )

cant wait to see the footage/hear your tales ^_^

And oil. Oil leaks on the ring are not good, a lot of people have accidents on oil. (or a lot of people who have accidents blame it on oil, which possibly isn't quite the same thing)
