Looking great! Did you build your own manifold? How did you go about lowering compression, fit a thick gasket or a spacer plate or something or do you have custom pistons?

I had the manifold imported from Norway as they had a group by with a number of people over there.. It was worth the wait. The block is a low comp block out of the transit but had ad new AE low comp pistons fitted and I have replaced all valves.. It's got standard cam in as it should be quite mild for turbo application.. But might change to the Kent cam later.. I have used cossy yb oil pump and spray bar. Up rated water pump and local oil cooler.. I'll post more pics when I get chance ...

I have no pics of th pedal box... at the mo, but the intercooler is from an RS turbo and should be ok for 170 bhp i hope.. if not im going to change to an escort tdi intercooler...

 

are you planning pinto turbo or u done it?

thanks for that... the new kit is alot better than my 2b and you can throw them together...lol not litterally, but there are no such instructions with the kit or video's manuals with dog running across the screen..

 

but if you need help im only local...

sort off, i had a friend in norway with one of the same manifolds so he sold me his but yes its the manifold of ebay..
