Hi all,

 

After eight years of being with the same insurance company, this year hey wanted proof I was in a club.

 

I was told over the phone that a photocopy of the card would be ok............IT'S NOT!

A letter arrived today saying they wanted a headed letter from the club or an email confirming your forum membership stating your name

 

This is with Sureterm direct, what do I do now??

 

Has anyone else had this problem??

Found out last week that Footman James do not recognise RHOCAR for insurance discount for club members, why not?

I had the same deal with Sureterm, was a pain in the a*%e they are. Luckily I still had my renewal letter and they accepted a scanned copy emailed to them.
