Fixed Multi Pin Connectors

Hi all,

Has anyone found a supply of diy multi pin connectors

that one part can be bolted through a flat panel to

hold it in place. So that the male/female half

can be pushed into it.

Just a thought try looking for a Mil spec feedthrough connectors as i am sure i have used them in the long distant past days of working on Flight Data Computers for Marconi, you have got me thinking now so i will have a search to see what i can find but may well not be upto a high enough current rateing for car use.

hi john,they use that type of connector in the newer hgv lorries to connect the loom to the cab.how many connections are you looking for?and how many plugs?

i happen to work in a lorry breakers yard so i will have a look tomorrow for you.
