Show opens 10.00 till 4.30 both days.

 

Tin Top £10.00 per adult under 12s free.

 

Free parking.

 

Kit Car driver free.

 

There is a charge for camping but Den has omitted to disclose it to me, seem to think last year it was £5.00 per head ??????? not sure.........

now there's an idea. I pitch for about 25 people, that's £1 each :D

 

Unless the marque is not classed as a pitch then it's free.

If any one wants to I have a side paddock you can camp in, i'm about 30 miles from the show, I'll be going to the show on Sunday myself.

Is that confirmed for Kit Drivers? Or just a rumour?

 

I have emailed Mr Tanner this morning "advising" him that if this was the charge then our numbers will be greatly reduced, I await his reply.............

 

Once he lets me know I will pass it on.

 

I, sady, have no choice and will be there both nights....on my own

 

Seems £25.00 is the rate for the WEEKEND including an entry ticket and access to showers and loos.

 

I have told them that they are taking the p***s they said they would come back to me.?????? time will tell.

£25, ouch, i am going to be doing 500 miles in the indy, stoping every 100 to fill teh tank up, and then get charged £25, so i can park my car on a bit off grass and pitch and tent for a night, i might have to re think on camping now.

I know the Farmer who owns the land surrounding the Stafford County Show.

I have just spoken to his wife who will let us camp on their land for £2.50 per pitch, however their would be no other facilities.

Locost toilets anyone?

I would need a show of hands to let her know the numbers, but she would take a hundred or more.

 

If things dont look any brighter it would be an option that wont ruin a good run out and a great show.
