Bike Carb Set Up

Can anyone recommend someone who can set my bike carbs up who is close to Stafford? Have just bolted them on and started all right but getting a bit of spitting back and lumpy idling when cold.

hi,i took my car to torque tune but he is next to the gbs factory,perhaps a bit to far?my carbs spit and fart a bit when cold but ok at temp.

Having said that

What carbs are you using?

What are the jet sizes? (if its a GBS set up they may be too big)

What fuel pump do you have?

Plus you can always put a manual choke lever and cable to the fuel enrichment mechanism (for cold start problem)

Also for tick over you could get a color tune kit from halfrauds which will get you pretty close.

But at the end of the day there is no substitute for a rolling road when it comes to bike carbs, itll be the best £80 ish you`ll ever spend.
