hi all,

my vicky green wiring loom comes with these connection on it to connect the column switches to

i remember from a previous 2b build (autosparks wiring loom) that switches from a 1999 fiesta plugged into there and all worked great (they came with the kit)!

what i'm after is the cable that goes from the back of the fiesta column switches and plugs into these two connections.

anyone know where i can get one or what i can get them off?

Thanks

I seem to remember helping a friend wire his 2B up a few years ago.

It had a Vicky green loom, and I believe the connectors fitted onto mk four Escort switches. Whether they are the same as Fiesta ones I don’t know. Failing that you could get some switches with the correct connecters, cut the connecters off on the Vicky green and splice the two together.

With the VG loom you should have got the other half of the multi blocks, To patch into the ford conectors. If you did'nt get them go with grizzly's plan and solder them together, Or get some new multi blocks.

The connectors look like tyco or molex housings. The pins, sockets and housings are all available (quite cheaply) through www.Farnell.com

This will get you to the main website and then you can look at the uk one. Hope this helps.
