Zero Build Photos

Hi All,

 

As I haven't provided much input to this forum since I joined I thought I would upload all the photos of my Zetec build. Hopefully they will be useful to somebody. Any comments (good or bad) would be appreciated. I’m roughly two thirds through the build.

 

Also if anybody is building a Zero in the south I would be grateful if I can come and have a quick peak to see how wrong I have got mine.

Hi Jon,

Nice build, do like pipe work clamps and rad, I rivnuted tunnel, scuttle and battery tray.

I don't think that the number plate is correct but it has one hell of a resale value!!

Do GBS now do a correct handbrake cable?

Cheers for the feedback so far. The handbrake cable was supplied by GBS but I had it shortend by speedy cables as there wasnt enough room really to join it. Need to check the number plate size, but I think it should be ok.

Someone has spent some big cash with race line.

 

Looks very nice your starter is on the other side to my MT75 so is at a diffrent sump?

Very nice build, I should be getting my Zero very soon and if I get mine half as good as yours I will be very happy. Great pics, the Zetec looks really nice.

Im new to kitcars, this looks a very impressive build, is it aimed at being track car or is it road going or both?
