Uploading Photo

Hi, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I took a picture, tried to upload it to the site but it was too big. ie 2.32 MB (2,434,321 bytes). I tried compressing the photo to a zipped file and that didn't work either.

 

Any help appreciated.

you need to resize it matt did a program for that. nice little program easy to use think he sill does it was only a few quid

Open a free photo bucket account and resize it there save it back to your pc and upload it, thats what i do or take the pictures in a low res format eg vga if it is for uploading
