Suspension Mount Fettling

Hi Guys,

Been looking at putting the rear suspension together, but when putting the bolts through the rear suspension mounts they don't line up.

 

I'm fairly sure the tubes on the end of the suspension arms are not quite straight. Am I ok to "adjust" the holes, as they are only about 1-2mm out.

 

Any other ideas would be much appreciated.

pretty common problem, people either get round it by fettling out the holes a little (however you might add in a little bit of play to your suspension doing that) personally i found a large crowbard and a mallet got the bolt through! however i wouldnt class either option as the right thing to do in an eningeering sence but thers not much else you can do! just dont go too mad when your fettling out!
