Zero Sierra Steering Column Shroud

Hi does anyone know where Ican obtain steering column shroud?for my new Zero kit

I assume you have a Sierra column if so any sierra cowl will fit with a bit if modification. I don't think any kit manufacturer makes a bespoke one.

When I picked my Kit up from GBS in Feb they were in the middle of producing a fibreglass one, Dont know how far they are with it now but may be worth a phone call,

 

I have the adjustable column and found a genuine one on ebay for £25, I think you may need a specific one whether its adjustable or not,

 

Someone may be along to confirm that,

I have made some master moulds from the upper and lower sierra originals and I made the first prototype and that went through the IVA without any problems.

 

I am about to start making some more copies so if any one would like "pattern" copies ?

I have now made several copies of the Sierra steering column covers as you can see from the pictures.

 

If you are interested I am currently doing them at £15 plus £10 postage.

 

I am doing the first TEN at this price though.

The ones that are fitted on my car at present were the first out the mold and are a lot thinner than the ones I make now.

I used tape to fit these but I am thinking of bonding an aluminium support inside for the next set I make.

(Especially as I want to make them yellow this time
