Steel Vs Ali

Alright guys still just working through the possible optional extras to go with the zero. just wondered what peoples thoughts were on whether the stainless steel is a worth while option to go for? also what the main difference between the two.

hi matt,when i had the test drive in the zero,i wanted the ally panels as they were all shiney and new,but 2 or 3 weeks later when i returned to order the kit they were noticabily duller so i changed my mind and had the s/s.its a lot easier to keep clean,i only use the green microfibre cloths and it polishes up easily.if you want to save weight or paint the panels go for ally.the choise is yours mate.hth.

Ali is easier to work with stainless steel is a pain in the behind. I agree with Jess's comments above. However I love the look of stainless and not to worried about the power to weight ratio's etc so from day one it was always going to be stainless for me.
